GIZ springs are made from wire with a high tensile strength of 2,100 MPa, resulting in a spring stress rating of up to 120 kgf/mm². This allows for a clearer road feel and improved handling even with an elevated vehicle height, surpassing OEM performance.
Additionally, GIZ springs are certified under ISO 9001 quality assurance, ISO/TS16949, and ISO14001 international quality standards, with certifications renewed annually. The springs undergo rigorous testing, including salt spray tests, tensile strength tests, and a 300,000-cycle durability test.
